Euphena Pinkcross is a company specialized in the acquisition of real estate projects as well as the financing of other ventures. Our goal is to offer investors attractive returns while providing developers and project sponsors with the necessary funding.
Our business model is based on the principle of collateral. We offer our investors the opportunity to invest in projects by providing us with collateral equivalent to 60% of the investment amount. This collateral can take various forms, such as real estate, securities, or other assets.
In return, we grant investors a period of one year to repurchase the collateral. During this time, the developers or project sponsors can complete the project and generate the necessary funds to buy back the collateral.
For providing this financing, we charge an interest rate of 25%. This allows us to offer attractive returns to our investors while simultaneously funding and supporting projects that are important for the development and growth of our community.
